- 1 tablespoon white-colored sugar

- 1 egg, beaten

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- Combine flour, white-colored sugar, baking powder and salt. Inside a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.
- Stir flour mixture into blueberry mixture batter is going to be slightly lumpy.
- Heat a gently oiled griddle or fry pan over medium high temperature. Pour or scoop the batter to the griddle, using roughly 1/4 cup for every pancake. Prepare until pancakes are golden brown on sides serve hot.
